Jamie Bias faces multiple charges

The West Central Illinois Task Force and Adams County Sheriffs Office Investigators arrested Jamie L. Bias, 42, early Friday morning.  

Bias was wanted by the Task Force after a search warrant was served at 640 Monroe during the overnight hours.  A shake and bake methamphetamine laboratory was seized during the warrant.

Bias was arrested on the charges of Aggravated Unlawful Participation in Methamphetamine Production, Methamphetamine Related Child Endangerment, and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.  

The charge is aggravated due to a 12 year old child residing at the residence.  Bias who is currently on parole for  a 2010 Attempted Methamphetamine Delivery was transported to the Adams County Jail were he remains lodged.

Agents advised a tip  lead to the apprehension of Bias.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in  a court of law.
