I understand why people vote for him. They do not want an increase to any funding for the school district. I just don't understand how people think he is doing anything good for schools. I don't recall him EVER bringing a new idea or plan for the district that could help or change things. Unfortunately as his vote totals show, he is a replica of many people in our community.

Will give an update on the state of the city, answer questions

The Quincy Tea Party will hold its monthly meeting on 1 April, at 6:30 PM at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Quincy. Main speaker will be Quincy Mayor Kyle Moore. Anyone wishing to know about the state of our city, or having questions for the mayor, is encouraged to attend.

There will be a fundraiser dinner served before the meeting, starting at 5:45 PM. Brats, two sides and water or tea will be offered at $10.

Must not be a member to attend, however, membership is encouraged. It only costs $25 per year to join the Quincy Tea Party.
