Show will be at the Illinois Veterans’ Home from 2 to 5 p.m.
The 3rd Annual Amateur History Roadshow will showcase finds from your neighbors’ attics on Saturday, March 15.
The Quincy Park District and the Historical Society of Quincy and Adams County team up to host the show at Lippincott Hall at the Illinois Veterans’ Home from 2 to 5 p.m.
Anyone is welcome to share pieces of history from their personal collections with the public. To reserve a free table at the event, please call Mark Callaway with the Park District at 217-223-7703.
If you have nothing to show but love history, one canned good to be donated to a local food bank will get you in the door.
