pjohnf - Rauner vow revives governor\'s mansion question - Quincy, IL News - QuincyJournal.com
"a lot of state government operates out of the city (Chicago)," That's the problem, too much government comes out of Chicago. The governor should live in the people's mansion just like dimwit lives in the people's white house. The seat of Illinois government is Springfield not Chicago or at least it's suppose to be.
