The common sense solution would be to require finger prints on ballots which would be scanned and compared to all other finger prints affixed to other ballots. Any duplicate prints would invalidate both votes and subject the person to investigation/prosecution for vote fraud. Until votes are validated there would only be provisional winners.

Event will run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

The Quincy Museum at 1601 Maine Street invites women and their special young ladies to a special Queen of Hearts Valentine Lunch and Tea on Saturday, February 8, 2014. This mother-daughter, grandmother-granddaughter

(or any ladies who are young at heart) event will begin at 11:00 AM and end at approximately 1:00 PM.

Guests will enjoy a Queen of Hearts themed luncheon including tea and dessert. The fun continues after the meal when adults and children will create a fun Valentine craft to take with them.

The cost for this event is $12.50 per person, and reservations are required as the museum has limited seating. The museum will be happy to take your reservation by phone with payment by Visa or MasterCard.
