This is a 3.46% increase in the levy. Given they had a $600,000 decrease in the budget...and a 6.8% increase in tuition and fees...and a 4% projected decrease in hours (the increase in tuition should make up for this plus paying instructors less)....I don't quite see how the levy increases...can't seem to find the JWCC budget

Event will be held at the State Room on February 22

An Evening of Blues will be held February 22nd to benefit Camp Callahan.

The event will take place at the State Room in Quincy, Il from 8:00 p.m. to midnight.

The Duo Sonics, from Tulsa, OK, is an award winning harmonica & guitar duo that you don't want to miss.

The KingBees, a local Quincy favorite, is the only local band to be included in "Blues in the District". They will rock your socks off!

$10 per person cover charge or extra if you can donate. 100% of the cover charge and all donations will go to Camp Callahan.
