Drew Tretick will perform at Madison Park Christian Church on October 26th
World-renowned violinist Drew Tretick and pianist Jae-Hong Chung will perform for Quincy Christian School’s Sharing the Vision Benefit, held at Madison Park Christian Church on Saturday, October 26th. A celebration with hor d’ouerves catered by Tony’s Too will commence promptly at 6:30 pm, with the highly anticipated performance following at 7:30 pm. Reserve your seat by contacting the school’s office by October 10th. Seating is limited.
This notable event was made possible through Mr. Bob Murray’s (QCS administrator) personal connection with Drew Tretick. The benefit is looking to raise $100,000 to provide needed tuition assistance to families, technology development on campus, staff development, and music and art program expansion. Today QCS has the highest enrollment in the school’s sixteen-year history. The academic achievement test indicates that students are two grades above national norm. Meeting the goal for this benefit will allow QCS to meet the challenge to continue to provide a quality education from a Christian perspective as they prepare a new generation of leaders to serve God, the community, and country.
Drew Tretick delights audiences throughout the world with his expressive performances and warm stage presence. Drew has recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra and the Slovak National Symphony, and has appeared as soloist with others. By invitation of Andrea Bocelli, Drew and Andrea performed together for his charity foundation. From concert appearances in Las Vegas, to television and radio appearances (PBS, NPR, ABC, NCS, ESPN), to performances with Tony Bennett, Ivan Gancedo, Stevie Wonder, Chris Isaak, Glenn Campbell, Sandy Patti, Doc Severinsen, Mike Garson (legendary pianist for David Bowie) and the late John Denver, Drew lends his passion and spirit to audiences from Asia, Europe, Canada and throughout the United States.
