HI sorry you didn't understand that landlords are responsible for the property, and I have a feeling by your input your a slum lord. The government put a lot of money into housing for lower income folks like the Hills and north 12th apartment complex and many others to help lower income families, they have to follow rules that keep the buildings in good shape and clean, rent is based off income.…

This is great i'm so happy for Quincy, I hope this will mean more income for the city in the way of more business, so they can step up patrols on north end to end the violence, North end has three nursing homes and a growing hospital complex, Maybe even employ some officials to perform rental house inspections to put restrictions on slum lords. Two more have taken out Quincy school board petitions

Petitions must be turned in between Dec. 17 and Dec. 24

Two more people have taken out petitions to run for Quincy School Board.

The Quincy School Board office has Bobbette Cawthon and Jeff Kerkhoff listed as taking out petitions this week.

Otis Pleasant, Michael Connell, Rich Jones, Jamie Foster, Ronnie McKenzie, Richard McNay and Alan Nichols have also taken out petitions.

School Board member Scott Stone’s term is not up but he pulled petitions weeks ago.

Bill Daniels, Tom Dickerson and Steve Krause are not running for re-election, leaving three open seats.

School Board petitions must be turned in between December 17 and December 24.
