Three arrested for making meth at Days Inn

Authorities say the suspects were in the process of making meth when they arrived at the scene
Three people are in custody after allegedly making meth at the Quincy Days Inn.
Officers with the West Central Illinois Task Force, Quincy Police and Adams County Sheriff’sserved two search warrants on two rooms at the motel located at 3rd and Maine on Tuesday night.
During the search, officer say they found three individuals in the process of making meth along with items used in the shake and bake process.
Arrested on charges of aggravated participation in the production of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, and unlawful possession of methamphetamine were 47 year old Yevette Y. Gholston, 36 year old Daniel G. Johnston-Bbrown , and 35 year old Kenneth Newland.
All of the suspects were residing at the Days Inn.
