Al Gore is an idiot. There's no denying that. For the record, I bet Taylor understands the data just fine. That's how he knows where to cherry-pick.

For one, he's not explaining to the reader that there's a difference between polar ice cap extent and polar ice cap volume. People monitoring global warming are less concerned with polar ice extent than they are with the total amount of ice. Take a peek at the declining volume in the Arctic: "April 2015 volume was 26% below the maximum April ice volume in 1979 and 13% below the 1979-2014…

I guess at the end of the day yes I see term limits as a good idea, however we do not need them legislated for them to be in effect. More than the political leaders in this country the voters are the problem, we continue to elect bad leader after bad leader, not knowing or not understanding the voter can easily term limit any politician on their ballot. Right now we have the gov the people want (regardless…

Strawman: Where Do You Weigh In On The Immigration Crisis?

10 months, 1 week ago by Strawman

The responses and comments generated by The Strawman are, for the most part, interesting and have merit.   And, whether you know it or not, they’re appreciated.  On that note a few questions have come up that I don’t have answers for.  But I’m sure you do.    They are:

What exactly is the 3.7 billion dollars Mr. Obama has asked Congress for going to do for America?

Why would anyone in the House or Senate vote in favor of providing another 3.7 billion dollars given they’ve been shut out of the process---have not been allowed to visit the various detention centers—and have not been notified when illegals have been placed in their state until AFTER the fact?

If Mr. Obama is indeed sincere about working with Republicans, why does he constantly attack them?

Do you think Mr. Obama is aware there are almost 360,000 court cases ahead of those who have recently entered the country illegally---and that his idea of hiring and training new judges and court officials could be perceived as just “window dressing?”

How would you feel if 50 to 100 illegal aliens, ages 12 to 18, were suddenly dropped off in your town or village?

Where does your local congressman or senator weigh in on the most recent immigration crisis?

Is America, using the policy now in place, doing the right thing by detaining and housing those aliens entering illegally---or would they be better served by being returned to their home country immediately?

Do you believe this most recent alien invasion is by chance-- or has been orchestrated by members of the Obama administration?

Just wondering.  Feel free to express yourselves……..
