Team Quincy: Andrzejewski Hits Sullivan Again

Adam Andrzejewski of For the Good of Illinois PAC has another ad out criticizing Sen. John Sullivan for voting to raise taxes on just about everybody. Pretty effective, even mildly humorous except for the part where Sen. Sullivan voted to raise taxes on just about everybody. The ad focuses on Sullivan's yes vote on H.B. 174 in 2009.
But, but, but how do you know that's true? Here's the list. As I recall, it was mostly public sector unions that supported the bill and the common defense of all the new taxes was that border states taxed those items while Illinois did not. It also, as the ad says, raised income taxes. Not exactly the kind of bill you vote for if you consider yourself to be Mr. Conservative Democrat.
