Task Force arrests four on meth charges

Four men arrested after raid on Quincy's Penthouse Drive
The West Central Illinois Task Force, assisted by the Quincy Police Dept., Adams Co. Sheriff’s Dept., Illinois State Police Meth Response Team and the Illinois State Police District 20 arrested 4 subjects in Quincy after a search warrant was conducted at 1516 Penthouse Dr., in Quincy.
On Monday at approximately 5:00 p.m. officers executed a search warrant at 1516 Penthouse Dr. Upon Execution of the search warrant agents located numerous items used in the manufacture of meth to include: Acid, crushed fertilizer spikes, crushed pseudoephedrine pills, and plastic tubing. Agents also located over 15 grams of Crystal Meth (commonly known as ICE), digital scales, $1600.00 USC, surveillance system and packaging materials that agents believed were used in the shipping of the ICE.
The following four suspects were arrested:

(2) Possession with Intent to Deliver Meth
(3) Possession of Meth Manufacturing Materials
Subject Arrested 2: Name: Stevi D. Pulliam
Address: 421 Evergreen, Quincy
Age: 22 Gender: Female
Date & Time of Arrest: 07/09/12 5:00 P.M.
(1) Possession of Cannabis 10-30 Grams
(2) Possession of Meth
Subject Arrested 3: Name: Jon M. Kelley
Address: 2220 N. 12th, Quincy
Age: 25 Gender: Male
Date & Time of Arrest: 07/09/12 5:00 P.M.
(1) Possession of Meth
Subject Arrested 4: Name: Robert B. Labre
Address: 3605 Queen Anne, Quincy
Age: 61 Gender: Male
Date & Time of Arrest: 07/09/12 5:00 P.M
(1) Possession of Meth
All four suspects were lodged at the Adams County Jail pending a court.
