Seems they could walk around with a monitor with everything running, and find the sources. But I'm putting $20 down on "nest of squirrels in vent" at 25:1 odds. :)

This solution(legis salary) would be only a drop in bucket to our overall debt in IL. The pension debt is going to drive tax payers out of IL.

Perhaps the reason it is closed again is to perform an inspection and fix the problem. Why is it necessary to comment to the press? We have the information we need right now - the restaurant is closed.

Salvation Army leaders leaving for Green Bay

Majors Dan and Dorene Jennings, Salvation Army officers for the Quincy/Hannibal region, have received a change of appointment beginning on February 6, 2013.

The Majors will be serving as divisional leaders for the Wisconsin and the Upper Michigan Division, which includes 25 Salvation Army Corps community centers including the Kroc Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

“While we are excited about the opportunity that lies ahead, we will greatly miss Quincy. It has been our privilege to be part of the launch of the Quincy Kroc Center, an honor to serve in the Quincy/Hannibal area, and to get to know so many wonderful, caring people. There is still a tremendous amount of work to do before we depart. I am committed to the successful completion of the Christmas campaign and the Emergency Shelter/Family Services facility, which will open in early 2013,” Jennings said.

The officers being appointed to Quincy/Hannibal should be announced in early January, 2013.
