You're reading the headline, not the article. I would like for you to quote one line from any reliable source that talks about an executive order. This article talks about "executive action." And it does so because the BAFTE is a department of the Executive branch of government (you remember the three branches, right?). This is not to say that the current president doesn't support the action,…

Are you daft? He may or may not support this? The whole point of the article and many others is that he, Obama, is signing a executive order to do this. Proposing a reclassification is one thing but signing an executive order is another. You covering for him is almost laughable if it were not for the erosion of our rights by this man and administration.

Group is responsible for handing out transportation project dollars

From bizjournals.com:

U.S. Rep. Sam Graves reportedly is expected to be named the next chairman of the committee tasked with overseeing the country's highway system.

Graves, R-Mo., is in line to take over the Highways and Transit Subcommittee at the beginning of 2015, sources told the Daily Beast, although a spokesman for Graves told the news source that they were "not aware" of any commitment related to the post.

Graves would replace Rep. Tom Petri (R-Wis.), who previously announced that he would step down after his current term. The chairman of the highways subcommittee is responsible for overseeing efforts to funnel billions of dollars into transportation projects.
