So true and its usually the voters that make me want to pull my hair out not the politicians. Officer says he found prescription medication, an open bottle of liquor and items used in the manufacturing of meth in Burt Whitlock's vehicle

A Hannibal man was caught with drugs and alcohol in his vehicle Thursday night.

48 year old Burt D. Whitlock was stopped for improper registration and running a stop sign.

The officer says he found prescription medication, an open bottle of liquor and items used in the manufacturing of meth in Whitlock's vehicle.

Whitlock was arrested and charged with manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. 

Whitlock was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail pending warrants.
