Amen, pjohnf. I think you got that right. Didn't Hitlers Germany and Communist Russia do the same with their media? Can we do anything quick enough to correct these problems?

jnalse87-is a handgun enough to protect me from my government's military? Ask yourself how The Revolutionary War would have gone if we had only handguns against the British. You're obviously a restrictionist, as you believe the state knows best, and we shouldn't argue. Sounds a bit like North Korea, doesn't it?

(And yes, after reading this I'll admit I could go for several bowls of their cheese soup, heh heh heh.) If there is any tiny bit of a "silver lining" that can possibly come out of this unfortunate situation, I hope it's that QFD (and the members of the local news media) will take an opportunity…

Application of the waterproofing membrane to be done

The Adams County Highway Department make notice that the Frazier Creek bridge will be closed the week of June 16, 2014 for the application of the waterproofing membrane, hot-mix asphalt wearing and approach resurfacing. Work should be completed by Friday June 20th

The bridge is located approximately 5 miles north of the Koch’s Lane or 3 miles south of Ursa,IL on the North Bottom Road (East 603rd Lane).

The project was suspended last year due to weather conditions being unsuitable for the application of the waterproofing membrane. The completion of the project was delayed until this time for suitable weather and to allow for the completion of planting season depending on the weather conditions.
