A lot of top scientists are fighting the global warming religion. These ICCC conferences have men with distinguished careers, not thieves like your activist friend, that try to damage any company that does not bow to the global warming campaign. http://climateconferences.heartland.org/fred-gold...

"we've been able to predict over the last couple of decades what will happen with CO2 increasing. Air temps will go up, ice will melt, oceans will heat, land temp readings will increase" True you warmists PREDICTED what would happen ... but the accurate satellite readings show that did NOT happen. No warming for almost two decades, and now they are revising models, and discovering oceans…

" what is your source for this concept that we have exited a natural 30 year cooling period? ' You maintain an amazing ability to ignore the obvious. Those articles is Newspeak and Time addressed the 30 years of abnormally cooler temperatures. Since that we rebounded from about 1980 to 1998, and since then it has been flat, but still warmer than 1979. It is not a "concept" about a…

While you may not trust ice volume levels, which is your prerogative, you must certainly agreethat analyzing only 2D measurements of ice extent is looking at ... just the tip of the iceberg? Actually, while climate is complicated, we've been able to predict over the last couple of decades what will happen with CO2 increasing. Air temps will go up, ice will melt, oceans will heat, land temp readings…

Illinois bill requires prescription for cold meds

Bill would impact any cold and flu drug with pseudoephedrine

Legislation proposed by a state senator would require anyone with a cold to get a doctor's prescription to buy certain medicine.

The bill would impact any cold and flu drug with pseudoephedrine. The decongestant is an ingredient used to make methamphetamine.

The measure is sponsored by Peoria Democrat Sen. Dave Koehler.

State law already requires any drug containing pseudoephedrine to be kept behind pharmacy counters. Stores record the IDs of people who buy the medicine and there are limits on how much can be purchased.

Pekin police Chief Greg Nelson says the measure could "be a game changer in Illinois for meth" if it's approved, although it's expected to face resistance.

Oregon and Mississippi require prescriptions for the medicine.
