When did presidential libraries start taking this kind of funding? (I always thought they were privately funded... or at least I remember hearing that the Clinton and Bush #43 libraries were being done that way.)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton, and Bush 2, had libraries built with private funds. I honestly couldn't care less about anybody's party affiliation. This ID issue actually has A LOT to do with poor people, the elderly, and people with disabilities -- regardless of their personal politics. Three arrested after allegedly taking undisclosed amount of money at Pic-a-Dilly on Market St.

A warrant was issued Sunday, June 23, by the Circuit Court of Marion County charging 27 year old Jamie L. Walker, of Monroe City, with Robbery First Degree. Bond was set at $100, 000.00 cash only.

Walker was also arrested on a Monroe County warrant for Violating a Court Order. Walker remains in the Marion County Jail.

Also arrested on Saturday (June 22) were 36 year old Misty Evette Williams and 42 year old Scott Colbert, both of Hannibal, on charges of Interfering with the Investigation. No warrants have been issued on Williams and Colbert at this time.

Hannibal Police officers have a person in custody after an armed robbery at a local convenience story Saturday.

The Pic-A-Dilly Quik Shop on Market Street reported a black man came into the store, demanded money and fled on foot. The business called police just before 3:45.

The suspect allegedly displayed a handgun and got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Authorities apprehended a man they believe was the robber within two hours of the incident.

No one was injured, although one employee was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for a stress-related episode.
