Laws passed by Congress trump bureaucratic regulations. Like the President who swore an oath to uphold and defend those laws, like DOMA or Immigration, until changed by the Supreme Court or Congress. Instead we have a President that decides what laws he likes and only enforces those, and not the ones he doesn't like. Imagine a Republican president that decides he will no longer enforce EPA laws, or banking laws. Can you think how the media and the left would be screaming, and calling for his impeachment.

Are YOU aware that almost all the TARGETING was towards conservative groups. The IRS admitted THAT. They have EVERY reason to complain. I bet you would be singing a very different tune if it was a Republican President that was targeting Liberal groups. This is probably the most corrupt and criminal president in the last 100 years. What business does an out of state resident have coming here to influence our State? Bet sh*t would hit the fan if we went there to try to force something through their legislature that was none of our business. More flipping Government control on the population all the time. If its not O'Bummer controlling or spying on the media, its an increase in laws that serve no purpose. Laws already exist that deal with shootings, however, they have no weight anymore due to the land sharks who constantly get the sentences watered down and the parole boards who let them out early due to overcrowding. Enforce the laws, make prison a place where no one wants to go. That should stop some of it and the Death Penalty would certainly act as a deterrent (if not drawn out by appeals). Not a ban on magazine capacity.

Most boys and girls in that age that are serious already play the front 18 the others will not be affected by the change. There arent droves of 9-12 year olds playing the third nine, if they are playing back there its because the pass is $30 for the whole summer not because its "real golf"!

I noticed there were no "young" citizens protesting....interesting since they are the "new blood" of this Nation. These Tea Party folks conducted themselves quite orderly....no violence or name calling...or arrests !! I wonder if any of these people know that the tea party was only about 25% of the organizations receiving extra scrutiny and that of all the groups more heavily scrutinized the only one that was refused exemt status was a liberal group. The tea partiers need to quit whining every time someone criticizes them. Particularly when its warranted.
