How dumb do you have to be to spend tens of thousands of dollars if not hundreds of thousands of dollars without knowing ALL the pros and cons, risks and responsibilities attaching to that purchase?

Woman was arrested after leaving the scene in Cassano's parking lot

A Quincy woman was arrested after leaving the scene of a property damage accident Wednesday night.

19 year old Jasmine McGahan of 2225 N. 12 St. Apt #705 was taken into custody after Quincy Police Officers report she intentially stuck another vehicle in the Cassano's parking lot.

McGahan was release after posting bond.
