Quincy teen arrested for aggravated DUI, battery to a police officer following hit and run

Damien Baughman faces multiple charges

At approximately 5:16 a.m. Friday, Quincy Police officers were dispatched to the area of 15^th and Jefferson in reference to a hit and run.  Numerous parked vehicles were discovered in the area of 15^th and Jefferson to 9^th and Payson that had been struck by a vehicle. 

An investigation led to the arrest of 17 year old Damien Baughman of Quincy, who had been driving a silver SUV. 

Baughman was arrested for Aggravated DUI, Aggravated Battery to a peace officer, No valid drivers license, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and improper lane usage. 

Baughman was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
