Quincy man arrested for unlawful possession charges

Cocaine, cannabis and drug paraphernalia were seized on site

On Thursday, the West Central Illinois Task Force served a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of North 7th Street in Quincy.

Officials report the seizure of cocaine, cannabis, and drug paraphernalia.  

Arrested at the time of the warrant was 61 year old Bruce W. Scott of 426 N. 7th. 

Scott was arrested on the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.  

Scott was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
