There are 72 fewer students enrolled in Quincy Public Schools this year


The Quincy School District has released day six enrollment numbers and enrollment is slightly lower for the 2012-2013 school year. 

There are 72 fewer students enrolled in Quincy schools this year than last. Enrollment figures stand at 6,590 for the school year.

Adams, Washington and Madison schools saw slight increases in figures, while Baldwin North and Senior High levels dipped.

The Adams County Regional Safe School (formerly Ombudsman) had fewer students this year than last with 59. The Adams County Youth Home numbers were up, to 12 from three in 2011.
