Arrest/lodged- Kenneth Newland 34 1523 Center Grandveiw for possession of meth, obstructing justice, and resisting arrest.  Newland also had an fta warrant for dwls.  Newland was located at 1000 Blk of Nth 5th on 07-20-12 at 1722 hours.  Lodged

Arrest/OV- Kymia Voepel 22 2200 Spruce for vandalism at 1137 S 38th on 07/20/12 at 2145 hours.  NTA

Arrest/OV- Scott Howard 22 132 Sth 12th for fighting at 537 Broadway on 07/07/12 at 2350 hours.  NTA

Arrest/Traffic- Kevin Hart 46 1108 Madison for DUI at 236 N Front on 07/05/12 at 2041 hours.  USC

Arrest/Warrant- Ronald Hammerquist 22 924 Ohio for FTA petition to revoke probation at 9th and Ohio on 07/20/12 at 1312 hours.

Arrest- Adrienne E. Tuttle, 22, of 611 S. 15th for DWLS and Child Restraint violation at 7th & Lind on 07-21-12 @ 1229 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest- Angela M. Fisher, 37, of 642 Kentucky for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at her residence on 07-20-12 @ 1135 hours. Released on NTA.

Burglary- Charles Hanschke of 214 N. 6th reported that someone entered his residence between the hours of 0900 and 1200 on 07-09-12. Hanschke reported that two power tools were taken from his residence during the burglary. Investigation to continue.
