Todd J Haskins, 42, Warsaw, IL for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 3201 Broadway on 2-4-12 at 1823 hrs.  DL. 

Bradley D Beswick, 45, 2308 Maine for operating uninsured vehicle at 20th and Vermont on 2-4-12 at 2254 hrs.  DL.

Sarah C Rice 2225 N 12 Apt 302 reports on 1/28/12, someone threw a stone chicken statue through the windshield of her vehicle while it wasparked at 2225 N 12.

Alyssa E Rusher, Coatsburg, IL reports on 1/25/12, someone threw a cinder block at both sides of her vehicle causing scraped on both door windows and a dent in the driver's side door.

A red/black Nokia cell phone was turned into the police department on Property 1/31/12.  It had been found near 10/Elm.

Brandie R Avery, 34, Canton, MO for shoplifting at 5211 Broadway, Walmart on 1-31-12 at 1812 hrs.  NTA. 

Ketura Wanless (39) 521 S. 12th was driving southbound at 18th and Washington and struck parked car.  Wanless tried to leave the area.  Wanless was located and arrested.  A search warrant was obtained for a breath sample and she refused.  Wanless was charged with DUI, obstruction of justice, failure to give aid, and improper lane usage.  Lodged

Tynisa A. Nebe (33) 618 Nth 13th for FTA small claims at her residence on 03/03/12 at 2215 hours.  Lodged 

Shane Andrews (26) 300 Elm reports on 02/01/12 at 0206 hours an unknown person broke a front window of her residence. 

Sarah Falkingham (20) 1601 Sth 24th #404 reports between 01/16/12 at 1600 hours and 01/17/12 at 0030 hours an unknown person damaged her vehicle wile it was parked at 2000 Broadway. 

Marla Earnst (43) 637 Spruce reports that on 01/16/12 at 2116 hours an unknown person damage her vehicle while it was parked at 5432 Broadway. 

Sandi Wagner (30) 730 County Club HTS reports that between 01/27/13 at 1200 hours and 01/27/12 at1400 hours an unknown person entered her unlocked residence while she was sleeping and stole medication.

Adam W Fusselman, 25, 361 Cedar St, arrested on warrant for Burglary and unlawful use of credit card.  He was arrested at the Adams County Courthouse on 2/3

Anthony J Colamatteo 915 Payson Ave reports while he was deployed to Afghanistan from 1/2/11 and 1/20/12, someone entered his garage and stole a autographed Detroit Lions helmet, a Workforce tool set, and two swords.
