Arrest / Lodged- Heather R. Richmiller, 1124 Jefferson on an Adams Co warrant for FTA-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, FTA-Legal Matter, and  No Valid Drivers License at 5th & State on 6/15/12 at 1929 hrs.  Richmiller was  Lodged.

Arrest / Lodged- Stephen S. Nichols, 26, 2023 Oak for Aggravated Battery to a Police officer and Criminal Damage to State Supported Property at 1638 State & 110 S. 8th on 6/16/12 at 0230 hrs.  Nichols was lodged.

Burglary- Amy L. Deming, 730 S. 19th reports between the last week of May and June 10th, 2012, her garage was entered and items belonging to her landlord, Terry Austin were stolen.  Stolen was an unknown amount of aluminum siding and a radio antenna.

Lost Property- Gerald C. Ashby, Peoria, IL reports on 6/04/12 at 0600 hrs he left his wedding ring in room 132 at the Microtel.  He contacted the hotel at 1600 hrs on 6/04/12, but the ring was not located.  Ring was valued at $800.

Theft- Under Andrea M. Ferguson, 1233 1/2 Hampshire reports on 5/24/12 between $500 1500 and 2100 hrs 4 Hydrocodone tablets were stolen from her purse while she was napping.

Warrant Arrest  Diane J. Thompson, Canton, MO on warrants from Lewis & Adair County Missouri for Burglary and Probation Violation at 1005 Broadway on 6/15/12 at 1538 hrs.  Thompson was lodged. 

Arrest Gregory L. Chatfield, 50, of La Grange, MO for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device at 12th & State on 06-16-12 @ 1349 hours. Released on PTC.

Arrest Jacqueline S. Nelson, 21, of 818 April Ave. for Failure to Yield From Private Drive at 36th & Broadway on 06-16-12 @ 0846 hours. Released on NTA. 

Arrest Tiffany J. Wright, 20, of 513 Grant Drive for Failure to Wear Seatbelt at 8th & Jefferson on 06-16-12 @ 0823 hours. Released on DL.

Arrest Minnie J. Buss, 76, of 2514 Herrli Drive for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device at 24th & Kochs Lane on 06-15-12 @ 0908 hours. Released on DL.

Criminal Damage Stacy L. Roberts of 1705 State reported that her 2012 Kia was egged to Vehicle while parked in front of her residence sometime between 1700 hours on 06-11-12 and 0530 hours on 06-12-12. Roberts stated that she washed her car, but noticed that some of the paint on her front driver's side door had been damaged. 

Drive Off Julie M. Harlan, an employee of the County Market Express gas station located at 432 S. 36th, reported that an unknown suspect driving a black Jeep left without paying for $44.43 worth of gasoline at 0819 hours on 06-09-12.
