QPD makes burglary to vehicle arrest

At approximately 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, Quincy Police Department units were called to the 600 Block of South 43rd St. in reference to a suspicious person who was inside a vehicle. 

Upon arrival to the area, officers made contact with a subject who fled the area on foot. 

Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Zachary T. Boyer on a charge of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle.  Boyer, 18, was released on a notice to appear.  The investigation is ongoing.
