Robert T. Goodall of 411 Oak #5 was arrested for violation of an order of protection for an incident that occurred at 3300 Broadway on 12/23/11.  Goodall was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Jawanza M. Collins of 2717 Oak was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle on 12/26/11.

Brandon Jan Smith 2018 Jefferson was arrested for peace disturbance and open liquor in an automobile for an incident that occurred at 628  No. 12th. 

Pierre Lamont Parrish Jr. of 1107 Anne Ave was arrested on 12/23/11 for disobeying a traffic signal at 8th and Maine.

Michael A. Goldenstein of 2848 Elm was arrested on 12/23/11 for failure to yield left turn at 18th and Locust

Samuel J. Wilson of Palmyra MO was arrested on 12/23/11 for operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 5th and Broadway.

Stephan M. Oliver of 1420 So. 8th was arrested at his residence on 12/23/11 for a FTA warrant for domestic battery.  He was lodged in the Adam's Coutny Jail. 

Richard W. Majors of 327 Elm Apt. 5B reports that his apartment was entered and several items stolen sometime between 1600 and 2100 on 12/6/11

Raymond M. Hull of Camp Point reports that his 2009 Dodge Caliber was hit and run while it was parked on the front parking lot of the Quincy  Mall on 12/17/11.

Sharmayne L. Brue of 2020 Broadway Apt 1/2 reports that her 2008 Toyota Camry was hit and run while it was parked in the back lot of the Quincy Mall on 12/16/11.

Cynthia H. Poling of Lorraine, IL for Speeding at 12th & Watts Lane on 12-23-11 @ 0853 hours. Released on NTA. 

Ricky M. Earnst of 637 Spruce reported that someone had entered his unlocked 2002 Mercury Mountaineer while it was parked at the rear of his residence and had stolen his portable nebulizer breathing machine. Earnst stated that the burglary occurred sometime between 1359 hours on 12-18-11 and 0830 hours on 12-19-11. Earnst had no suspects in the burglary. 

A red men's 26" Huffy "Baron" bicycle was recovered from the 2200 block of Locust Street on 12-19-11 @ 1000 hours. Placed in the bicycle impound at QPD. 

Mary K. Oakley of 416 S. 24th reported that an unknown suspect entered her residence and stole her purse. Oakley had no idea how entry was gained into her residence. Oakley stated that her purse contained an Apple iPhone, credit cards, ID's, and a checkbook. Oakley stated that the burglary occurred sometime between 2245 hours on 12-19-11 and 0745 hours on 12-20-11

 Yvonne L. Kaminski of Dallas City, IL reported that she lost a large amount of U.S.Currency while shopping at the Quincy Mall on 12-19-11. Kaminski stated that she had the money in her coat pocket and stated that it must have fallen out somewhere near Bergner's between 1518 and 1540 hours. When Kaminski realized that the money was missing, she went back to the mall, but the money was nowhere to be found.
