The problem isn't just dead people voting. It's also living people voting multiple times. On of the Carolina's recently identified 35,000 voters with the same names and date of birth voted more than once in 2012. Most likely these are college students but 35,000 is a major case of potential fraud

Isiah D. Thomas, 19, of 309 Locust for FTA - Aggravated Battery; FTA -Vandalism; A P/C ticket on file for Violation of an Order of Protection;and a new charge of Retail Theft which occurred at 301 Riverview. Thomas was located at 309 Locust and lodged in the ACJ.

Kelly A. Bullock, 27, of Dutton, AL for Expired Registration Sticker and Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 7th & Maine on 10-06-12 @ 0851 hours. Released on NTA.

David E. Rowsey, 19, of 511 Locust for Possession (Consumption) ofAlcohol by a Minor at his residence on 10-02-12 @ 1644 hours.Released on NTA.

Tieraney J. Craig, owner of C Yellow Photography located at 622 Maine, reported that an unknown suspect had shattered the glass on the front entry door to her business sometime between 1930 hours on 10-03-12 and 0800 hours on 10-04-12. Craig had no suspects in the criminal damage

Lizzamae A. Amatong, 18, of Mt. Sterling, IL for Felony Retail Theft at Kohls (6100 Broadway) at 1320 hours on 10-05-12. Lodged in the ACJ.

Lisa J. Fredericks 33 for Fighting NTA

Mallory K. McNett (26) of Hannibal was arrested for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle at12th and Jackson on 10/6/12.

Trenton Patrick Flowers (19) of 809 Adams was arrested at his residence on 10/5/12 for an outstanding Pike County IL FTA warrant for iinsured vehicle and a Pike County MO FTA warrant for forgery.  He was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
