Dustin Russell, 20, and Jacob Schumm, 25, both of 1137 N 11th were involved in an altercation at 11th and Cedar. Russell was arrested for peace disturbance and Schumm was arrested for fighting.

Mathew Findlay, 28, of 1209 Rim Rd for FTA speeding at 10th and Maine on 09/26/12 at 0020 hours.

Chrisadella E. Weaver, 35, of 1223 Horne St., for a warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine and for new charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia which occurred at 625 N. 5th at 1227 hrs of 08/13/12. She was arrested at 5th & Oak to College at 1549 hrs of 09/25/12. Lodged in the Adams Co. Jail.

Francis George, 81, of 1520 Van Buren reports between 09/04/12 and 09/06/12 an unknown person entered his residence and took some of his medication.

Linda K. Neal, 63, of 1315 Locust reported she was struck from behind by Battery an unknown white male after she left the VFW on 09/21/12 at around 0230 hours. She is unsure of exactly where this occurred. 

Nicholas R. Boyd, 20, of 819 N. 27th for Stealing at his residence on 09-11-12. Boyd was located on 09-22-12 and released on a NTA. 

Takayo R. Phillips, 33, of 616 Harrison St. for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 5th & Kentucky on 09-26-12 @ 1248 hours. Released on DL. 

Erin C. Blacketer, 27, of 1616 Seminary Rd. for Using a Cell Phone in a School Zone with Children Present at 8th & Maple on 09-26-12 @ 0710 hours. Released on NTA. 

Leia Lish, 26, of Quincy for no eye protection at 30th & Chestnut on 9/26. 

Cassandra V. Harvey, 23, of 1918 Broadway, shoplifting at WalMart on 09/24/12 NTA

Michael A. Huertas, 27, of 826 1/2 York, Illegal Dumping  RL NTA  

Tommie L. Dailing, 42, of 433 N. 4th, Peace Disturbance  RL NTA 

Larry K. Smith, 66, of 624 Sycamore for Improper Overtaking on the Right at 12th & Locust on 09-25-12 @ 1349 hours. Released on NTA. 

Kelsey R. Carstens, 23, of 523 S. 6th for Failure to Wear Seatbelt at 22nd & State on 09-24-12 @ 1409 hours. Released on NTA. 

Patricia A. Cane of 1120 N. 3rd reported that her purse was stolen from Motor Vehicle her unlocked vehicle at her residence between 1030 and 1130 hours on 09-22-12. Cane had no suspects in the burglary to her vehicle. Cane stated that her purse contained numerous I.D.'s and credit cards.

Michael A. Gustison, 61, of 2550 Oak, reported his unlocked garage at his garage residence has been entered several times over the last two weeks and various tools have been taken. No suspects at this time. 

Kenneth M. Liebold of 2403 Maine #E2 reported that his Sony PSP Under game system was stolen from his residence sometime between 09-14-12 and 09-17-12. The PSP was later recovered at the Quincy Cash and Pawn shop located at 820 Maine. Investigation to continue. 

Paul R. Shannon, 48, an employee of Gem City Ford, 5101 Braodway, Vehicle reported a Maroon, 2011, 4-door Ford Edge stolen from the business between 09/17/12 and 09/21/12. Entered into LEADS.
