Jeremy S. Kelle, 31, of 316 S. 10th for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on 9th, Maine to Jersey, on 09-13-12 @ 1427 hours. Released on DL. 

Ashley Hedrick, 17, of 416 Oak for trespassing at 835 N 9th on 9/6.

David Sparks, 25, of 1021 N 5th for speeding and uninsured vehicle at 3rd & Lind on 9/12. 

Chad B. Nason, 32, of Urbana, IL for Failure to Yield - Alleyway at 12th & Locust on 09-12-12 @ 1352 hours. Released on NTA. 

Brittni N. Cobb, 19, of 832 N. 14th for Speeding on Oak St., 25th to 27th, on 09-12-12 @ 1254 hours. Released on DL. 

Meda Wear of 1508 Wilmar Dr. reports the passenger side mirror on her vehicle was damaged on 9/8. 

Brittney Thrower of 2300 N 12th reports her residence was entered on burglary 9/1. Taken were clothing items, dvd's and change.

Mia Milsap-Motley reports an X-box 360 stolen from her Uncle's residence at 623 N 5th on 9/2. 

Kathleen Wittmer of Jiffi Stop at 1401 N 24th reports a drive off for $38 in gas on 9/4.

Some scrap metal from the railroad was turned into Alter's from Jeffrey Willis. The metal was traced back to Missouri where the theft occurred. The rairoad is going to deal with their employee regarding the theft. 

Christopher W. Davis, 19, of 410 College, Robert H. Savage Jr., 44, of 200 Maine Apt. 342, and Ivory N. Board, 20, of 410 College Ave., for Fighting at 200 Maine at 2357 hrs of 09/03/12. Each was released on NTA. 

Durrell L. Tate Sr., 29, of 932 Hampshire Apt A. was arrested for Trespassing on State Supported Land, Indian Hills Housing, on 9/12/12. He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Stephanie N. Morrison, 31, of 1716 Spruce was arrested at 5th and Vermont on 9/12/12 for open liquor in public and possession of drug paraphernalia.

George Barton of 617 Payson reports his vehicle was repeatedly scratched on 9/2 while parked at the residence.
