Arrest- Ryan L. Cheney, 21, 2006 Chestnut, Gregory A. Artz, 29, 1412 Madison, and Sean T. Banahan, 21, 2006 Chestnut, for Fighting at The Phoenix, 625 Maine, at 0233 hrs of 09/02/12. Each was released on NTA.

Arrest- Traffic Chad Costallos 34 832 County Club Height's #100 for speeding, failure to secure child under 8, and no valid drivers license at 36th and Holiday Dr. on 09/10/12 at 2055 hours. NTA

Arrest- Traffic Matthew Gumm 53 2332 York for speeding at 36th and Holiday Dr. on 09/10/12 at 2141 hours. NTA

Residential Burglary- April Albert 20 812 April Ave, reports between 08/13/12 at 2045 hours and 08/14/12 1945 hours an unknown person entered her residence and took USC and a 37" Vizio flat screen.

Arrest- Amber Alsadi 21, Homeless for interferring at 309 Locust on 9/6.    

Arrest- Trista J Anderson 25, of Quincy for battery that occurred at 6th/Oak on 9/6. 

Arrest- Michael E Barber, 42, 300 Cedar for DUI, at 3rd and Cedar on 9-1-12 at 0814 hrs.  DL/NTA.  

Criminal damage- Michelle Sparks 425 Locust reports damage to the windshield of a white box truck that was parked across the street from her residence.  

Hit and Run- Barbara Foutes of Quincy reports her vehicle was struck while parked at 4415 Broadway on 9/6.  There was tan and blue paint transfer. 

Hit and Run- Austin Black of Quincy reports that his vehicle was hit and run at 24th/College on 9/5. 

Theft over $500- Richard Thomlinson 623 N 8th reports a lock box containing football cards was stolen from his residence between 8/6 and 8/25.
