Isaiah Thomas 19 1302 N 8th for Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer, Resisting, and FTA City Ordnance Warrants at 1302 N 8th on 07/31/12.  Lodged 
Nathaniel L. McPike, 112 N. 6th, apt 1/2, reported he lost is black, tri-fold wallet somewhere in Quincy between 0000 hrs of 07/11/12 and 0400 hrs of 07/12/12.  The wallet contained a Link card two debit cards and identification. 
Sue E. Gueterscoh, 1444 Maine, reported two Rigid drills were stolen from her residence between 1630 hrs of 07/02/12 and 1430 hrs of 07/11/12. 
Christopher Hill 46 908 N 27th reports on 07/20/12 an unknown person stole a Gary Fisher brand bike off his front porch.
Shane Douglas 28 429 S 5th report between 06/01/12 and 07/22/12 an unknown person stole a four-wheeler from his yard. 
Dustin E. Tanner, 527 Gardner Expressway, reported on 07/06/12 that his Illinois license plates  N870962 were stolen on 03/21/12 from his residence. 

Donald A. Busbey III, 1605 Hampshire, reported his green, Giant Upland, mountain bike was stolen from in front of Barney's, 1708 Broadway, between 2200/2300 hrs of 07/28/12. 

Brittany N. Woodson, Hannibal, MO for Shoplifting at 5211 Broadway, Wal-Mart, on 7/20/12 at 1617 hrs.  Woodson was released on NTA. 

 Alexis D. Kaufman, 637 College for Shoplifting at 5211 Broadway, Wal-Mart, on 7/26/12 at 1559 hrs.  Kaufman was released on NTA. 

Joshua I. Fowler, 82N. 4th for Criminal Damage to Property at 828 N. 4th on 7/19/12 at 0100 hrs.  Fowler was released on NTA
