Tanner J. S. Little, 21, of 1135 State for Indecent Conduct at his residence on 06-04-12 @ 1948 hours. Released on NTA.  

Dustin A. Leach, 18, of 1317 Spruce for Speeding at 30th & Harrison on 06-07-12 @ 1439 hours. Released on NTA.

Larry D. Hull, 46, of 1429 1/2 Broadway for Failure to Yield - Yield Sign at 15th & College on 06-07-12 @ 0824 hours. Released on DL. 

Robert L. Harbaugh, 53, of Hannibal, MO for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 8th & Broadway on 06-07-12 @ 0641 hours. Released on PTC. 

Carmen T. Grant, 27, of 900 1/2 Payson Ave. for No Valid DL (Cancelled) at 7th & Madison on 06-01-12 @ 1454 hours. Released on NTA. 

Alexandra L. Salen, 21, of 3010 Chapel Valley Dr. for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart (5211 Broadway) on 06-03-12 @ 1650 hours. Released on cash bond. 

Paula A. Patterson of 917 Monroe reported that the 6' X 8' shed located at the rear of her property was heavily damaged sometime between 1640 hours on 06-02-12 and 0900 hours on 06-03-12. The shed is a total loss, as it was beaten and dented on all sides, and the front door had been ripped off of the hinges. 

Jermaine D. Walker of 1120 Lind #3 reported that someone threw a rock through the rear window of his 2001 Volkswagen while it was parked outside of his residence sometime between 1800 hours on 06-01-12 and 0915 hours on 06-02-12. 

David L. Speer of 1518 N. 5th reported that his 2006 Dodge had been damaged while parked at 24th & Hampshire sometime between 0030 and 0130 hours on 06-02-12. The damaged consisted of numerous scratch marks all over the vehicle and the word "Whore" was also scratched onto the trunk lid of the vehicle.

Jeremy E. Crossan, an employee of Argabright Electric, reported that the 2006 Chevy company van that he drives was damaged while parked outside of 1037 Madison sometime between 1200 hours on 06-02-12 and 1450 hours on 06-03-12. The rear window to the van had been shot out by a bb or pellet gun. Crossan had no suspects in the damage.

Gesi D. Baker of 913 Chestnut reported that the glass on the sliding drivers side door on her 2003 Chevy Venture Van had been shatterred by an unknown object sometime between 1730 hours on 05-31-12 and 0700 hours on 06-01-12. 

Nicole T. Durham of New London, MO reported that she had misplaced/lost her checkbook while shopping at the Quincy Mall sometime on 06-02-12. Durham stated that her checkbook contained some credit cards, personal ID's, and a small amount of U.S. Currency.

Patricia A. Nolinwinkler of 4721 N. 12th reported that her daughter had lost her Apple iPhone at Hobby Lobby (3800 Broadway) on 06-01-12 @ 1527 hours. Nolinwinkler described the phone as a black phone with a pink outer casing.

Edward J. Socci of 5230 Creekside Drive reported that someone had stolen his blue 1999 Ford Ranger 4X4 from in front of his residence sometime between 0130 and 0810 hours on 06-07-12. The truck has Missouri Reg. # STEP12 on it.  -

 Tim E. Durk of 423 Scenic Drive reported the theft of his motorcycle Plate plate IL # CV4861 while his motorcycle was parked at the Quincy Mall sometime between 06-06-12 and 06-07-12.

Tina M. Huffman (36) of 632 N. 5th St. for Peace Disturbance at 529 N. 5th St. on 05/14/12. NTA 109.

The following individuals were arrested in connection with an incident occuring at 1000 Maine on 5/13/12.

Kevin C. Payton, 26, 15 County Rd. 129, Durham, Mo., for DUI and Driving Without Lights at 5th Broadway at 0303 hrs of 05/26/12. Released on cash bond.  

Kyler L. Shaffer (22) of 2016 Madison for Disobeying a Stop Sign at 12th & Harrison on 6/7/12. D.L.

Brandy K. Mefford (31) of Troy, Mo. For FTA Parked Too Far From Curb.  Arrested at 1216 N. 11th St. on 6/7/12. Cash Bond. 108/156.

Crystal L. Hanrahan, of 901 N. 10th reports her 1994 dodge Pickup was entered on 6/3/12, between 0330-0423, while parked behind 1704 Broadway.  Purse and contents were stolen. 

Tanya L. Showers, 816 Cherry, reported someone put salt in the gas tank of her 00 Chevrolet while it was parked in front of her residence between 2200 hrs of 05/31/12 and 0600 hrs of 06/01/12.
