One can only hope the grand jury does the right thing based on the evidence they review. I fully believe that at some point Brown may have raised his hands...and then charged the officer. So if you marry all the accounts together including the injuries sustained you get a pretty clear picture of what happened that matches the witness accounts. Where are the pictures of these injuries? The video of Michael Brown in the store shoplifiting cigars was released. Why not pictures of the officers injuries? This situation could be put to rest if he was as badly injured as this article claims.

When the Fed "investigation" wraps up these injuries may be attributed to the officer slipping on a bar of soap.

Vincent E. Tuley of St. Charles, MO reported that his 2005 Buick was damaged while parked in front of 1825 Amber Ave. sometime between 2200 hours on 05-25-12 and 0900 hours on 05-26-12. Someone had attempted to punch the lock on his driver's door and had damaged it in the process. No entry was gained to his vehicle. Tuley needed a report for his insurance claim. 

T. Brent Biggers, owner of Mr. Deals Auto located at 3921 Broadway, reported that a 2008 Ford Explorer was scratched on the lot sometime between 1023 hours on 06-13-12 and 0730 hours on 06-15-12. Biggers had no suspects. 

Billie D. Runquist of Ewing, MO reported that he lost his camoflauged colored wallet while at Aldi's, located at 3511 Broadway, on 06-21-12 @ 1001 hours. Runquist stated that his wallet contained a small amount of cash and a couple of credit cards. 

Amy J. Phelps of 519 Madison reported the theft of a swimming pool pump from the north side of her yard, which occurred sometime between 0001 and 0545 hours on 06-20-12. Phelps described the pump as a Wet Set brand pump, which was tan in color with yellow colored hoses. Phelps had no suspects in the theft.
