Layoffs probably inevitable but speculating on a move out of state or country is premature. As for your other questions I would refer you to Rosanne Rosanadanna - her first response would be "You sure ask a lot of questions for somebody from New Jersey". Arrest Amanda K Nunn (31) of 1309 spring for Expired Registration at 10th & College on 4/19/13. NTA 

Arrest Jacob R.R. Tournear (21) of 921 Adams for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 8th & Jefferson on 4/19/13. D.L.
