Rene B Turley, 17, arrested for Agg. Battery to school employee on 04/09/13 at Chaddock School. Lodged .

John Hardy reported that on 03/31 at 1859 hours he was robbed at gun point at his residense 616 1/2 N 5th. Taken was $70.

Kevin G Ross, 47, of 4818 Deer Ridge Rd, arrested for speeding at the 200 block of S 36t St on 04/09/13. NTA

Steven D.N. Seldomridge, 21, of 1601 S 24th, arrested for textign while driving on 04/09/13 at the 300 block of S. 36th. NTA

Rita J Arment, 57, of 2524 Deveron Circle, arrested on 04/09 for speeding at E. Sunnybrook Dr and Cherry Ln. NTA

Marc D Welch, 42, of Lewistown, MO, arrested on 04/08 for operating uninsured vehicle and disobeying traffic control device at 30th and Broadway. NTA

Richard Carver reported a cable that block the entrance to the cemetery at 1707 N 12th was damaged. This happened between 2300 hrs on 04/03 and 0030 hrs on 04/04.

On 03/20 Wal Mart reported two black males stole bottles of Grey Goose Vodka. A week prior the same thing happened but the police were not called.

Jeremy C. Woerman, 18, 2530 Curved Creek, for Possession of Cannabis at 200 N. 36th at 1020 hrs of 04/10/13. Released on NTA.

Michelle L. Dierker, 22, of 616 Harrison Drive, for Interfering at 540 Harrison drive on 4/9/13 at 1344hrs. Dierker was released on a Notice to Appear.

Amanda M. Stepp, 24, of 919 N. 4th for Failure to Yield Left turn at 20th and Chestnut on 4/9/13 at 1521hrs. Stepp was released on a Notice to Appear.

Caleb B. Davis, 20, of 1634 N. 735th Ave Liberty IL, for No front registration plate at 36th and Maine at 1053hrs. Davis was released on a Notice to Appear.

Patricia A. Hinton, 82, of 1526 Long Drive, for Failure to yield from a parked position at 8th Hampshire on 4/9/13 at 1618hrs. Hinton was released on a Notice to Appear.

Dane Heisler, 29, of 905 Crawford Warsaw IL, for Texting while driving at 22nd and Broadway on 4/9/13 at 0924hrs. Heisler was released on a Notice to Appear.

Leah R. Peterson, 22, of 232 N. 24th for Texting While Driving in a School Zone at 30th and Lindell on 4/9/13 at 0817 hours. Peterson was released on her valid IL Drivers License.

Milton R. Whitfield, 31, of 702 Harrison St. for Driving while license supsended and operating uninsured motor vehicle at 8th and York on 4/10/13 at 0829hrs. Whitfield was released on a Notice to Appear.

David T. Barton, 38, of 627 Vanburen reports that sometime between to Mtr Veh 4/5/13 at 2100hrs and 4/6/13 at 0900hrs someone damaged his vehicle a 2009 silver Kia with gold paint patches while it was parked in front of his residence.

Kevin W. Stead, 59, of 905 South 9th and Ordello D. Tasco, 28, of 909 to Vehicle South 9th, report that sometime between 3/27/13 at 1630 hrs and 3/28/13 at 0730 someone scratched the entire drivers side of two of Stead's vehicles a 2005 Chevrolet Truck and a 2000 Pontiac Montana and one of Tasco's vehicles a 1997 Ford while they were parked in the 900 block of south 9th.

Brian K. Deaver, 44, of 1435 Monroe, reports that sometime between to Vehicle 3/31/13 at 1500hrs and 4/1/13 at 1200hrs his gold 2000 Buick was damaged. The drivers side mirror was broken.

Jackie C. Erwin, 46, reports that on 3/23/13 at 1645 hours she noticed that someone had removed plywood from two doors of the unoccupied residence at 226 Lind and gained entry. Erwin suspected neighborhood kids and nothing was taken from the residence.

Jonathan M. Mohr, 35, of 1901 Ohio, reports that sometime between 4/5/13 at 2200hrs and 4/6/13 at 0600hrs his 1991 Chevrolet truck was struck while parked in front of his residence. The suspect left the scene.
