I don't believe employees are allowed to have/use cellphones in the courtrooms. That's where they're not allowed. I've been in a lot of the other offices - with my phone - that are in the courthouse. The restriction is specifically for the disturbance that you KNOW would be caused in courtrooms. And that's not even talking about people that would try and be a-holes recording…

im sorry, but what idiot leaves their residence or vehicle unlocked. if thats the case the police should b able to look at the "victim" & just give an oh-well shrug like I do my preschoolers. what else do they expect to happen?

Us down staters like local control and certainly don't want the state to control any of our taxing bodies. We may have too many tax bodies but it gives us local control which is good thing. Centralization is a bad thing as shown by the Obama government and the Quinn/Madigan cabal which are out of control. Debra Wienhoff 55, of IA for no valid registration and uninsured vehicle at 8th/Locust on 4/11. 

Brittanica Young 24, of Quincy for driving while suspended at 18th/Harrison on 4/11. 

William T. Palmer, 47, of 2181 N. Main Street Decatur IL, for Retail Theft at Kohl's 6100 Broadway on 4/9/13 at 1400 hours.  Palmer was released on Cash bond. 

Jerry M. Bollin, 59, of 1215 Peachtree Lane for Speeding in a School Zone with Children Present at 32nd and Maine on 4/8/13 at 0720hrs. Bollin was released on a Notice to Appear. 

Juwan A. Wallace, 20, 712 N. 4th Street, for No Valid registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, DUI, and Illegal consumption of Alcohol by a minor at 9th and Chestnut on 4/11/13 at 1847hrs. Wallace was lodged on the above charges as well as two outstanding Adams County warrants.
