Thomas J. Scott, 53, of 1601 So. 24th, was arrested for DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, and Obstructing Justice at 18th and Harrison on 3/9/13. He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Conner P. Kelle, 18, of 2627 Ken Ray Dr. was arrested for speeding at 12th and Watts Lane on 3/9/13.

Austin G. Black, 18, of 336 N. Meyer Rd was arrested for improper lane usage at 54th and Broadway on 3/8/13.

Lauren B. Powers, 18, of 1335 No. 10th was arrested for operating uninsured vehicle at 7th and Kentucky on 3/9/13.

Kayla E. Harmon, 27, of 1524 Lew Court was arrested for no taillights and driving with an expired DL for more than a year at 10th and Adam's on 3/9/13.

Brittney D. Hoffman, 20, of 1804 Jacqueline Dr. Was arrested at 4th and Maine on 3/10/13 for and FTA warrant for Small Claims out of Adam's County. She was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Tracy W. Hutmacher, 45, of 1102 Hutmacher Rd. for FTA - Small Claims at 3rd & Chestnut on 03-10-13 @ 0828 hours. Lodged in the ACJ. 

Olivia S. Frost, of 3727 Barclay for Failure to Yield / Private Drive at 1301 S. 48 on 3/08/13 at 1712 hrs. Frost was released on NTA. 

Andrew K. Griffin, of Golden, IL for operation of Uninsured Vehicle at 36th & State on 3/08/13 at 1554 hrs.  Griffin was released on NTA. 

Rodney J. Bakker, 58, of 2634 Curved Creek Rd. for Expired Registration Sticker at 48th & Broadway on 03-09-13 @ 1547 hours. Released on NTA.

Johnathon A. Stotler, of 5418 Hwy 96 South for Manufacture / Delivery of Cannabis 30-500 grams, at 220 1/2 N. 16th on 3/09/13 at 2333 hrs. Stolter was lodged. 

Tyler M Caley, of 1100 N. 20th on an Adams Co warrant for FTA-Seatbelt Violation at 7th & Hampshire on 3/10/13 at 0100 hrs. Caley was lodged.
