See you totally missed the whole point on the Roman Empire. It was that your whole argument on pensions is that it is some unholy alliance between unions and politicians. I am pointing out that Police/Military pensions (and the founding and idea of it) go back that far (Roman Empire- some form of it has been in effect since that time). Tyvonn D Campbell, 20, 1115 N 5th for Residential Burglary that occurred at 504 Jersey on 11-24-12.  Lodged. 

Chrsity Goode reported on 03/02 between 1745 and 1930 her vehicle was damaged while parked at the Maya Resturant. There was paint chipped above the driver's passenger door, it appeared to be from a BB or pellet gun.

Russell Ash 69, reported between 2-20 to 2-26 unk person entered 2615 Kentucky and removed 2 light fixtures and 4 wooden end tables

Jessica Wilson 30,1118 Locust apt A reported between 0800 to 1200 Vehicle on 3-6 drivers door of her car was keyed while parked at 9 Oak

Brett Douglas 36,1260 Vermont reported between 0330 to 0815 on 3-2 Vehicle the drivers side window was shot out with a bb while the truck was parked at 715 No 7th ,4 other vehicles in the area had their windows   shot also no suspects

Alicia Cunningham 42,owner of Sterling Awards reported the business checking account info was used in Tennessee no suspects

On 3-1,0642 the traffic light at 4th Broadway was struck by dark blue Dodge Ram pickup the truck left no bound. IDOT was called.
