Samantha M. Powers, 22, 312 Cherry, for Theft over $500 at County Market Express, 923 N. 12th, at 1745 hrs of 01/13/12.  Released on NTA.

Gregory S. Maynor, 46, 529 N. 5th, Apt. 2, for a warrant for Mandatory Release Violation at his residence at 1657 hrs of 02/08/12.  Lodged in the Adams Co. Jail.

At 0208 hrs of 02/04/12, Officers Witt and Bangert discovered a piece of concrete had been thrown through the lower half of a glass window of the front door of Springfield Electric Company, 225 S. 10th. 

Melissa K Andrews, 41, 200 Maine Room 239 for Operating Uninsured at 1121 Maine on 1/31/12.  Released on DL. 

Miguel A Perez-Arais, 39, Keokuk, IA for DUI at 2300 S 8th on 2/5/12 Released on cash bond. 

Robert M Bowen, 33, Pittsfield, IL for DUI at 26/Vermont on 2/5/12 Released on DL and cash

Adrienne L Morgan, 31, 921 Elm for No Valid DL at 6/Vermont on 2/7/12.  Released on NTA

Marco A Zabaneh 1203 Harrison, Pendleton Accounting, reports the front door glass had been pried and broken out on 1/31/12 and items stolen. 

Nicole C Meyer 2044 Elm reports between 2/2/12 and 2/3/12, scratched her car in several places while parked at her residence

Katherine H Orrill 2820 Ray Mar reported that sometime between 2/4/12 and 2/5/12, someone broke the rear driver's side window out of Derrick A Freeman's vehicle while parked at her residence

Men's black/grey Trek bike was located at 116 N 8th on 2/8/12 and placed in the impound. 

Dustin M Brassfield 426 S 14 reports between 12/6/11 and 2/6/12 he lost or had stolen a black Walther P22 .22 caliber pistol.  He does not know where this occurred.
