Theft Kurt Welker of 1205 S. 12th reports his homemade Super Bowl trophy stolen from his yard on 02-03.  No suspects.

Arrest Choncie M. Tate, 29, 833 Marias, St. Louis, Mo., for a warrant for FTA-Traffic Offense, at the Qunincy Municipal Airport at 0630 hrs of 02/08/13.  Released on cash bond.  

Arrest Kelly A. Klinner, 40, 205 N. 27th, for Failure to Yield at a Stop Sign, at 9th Vermont at 1203 hrs of 02/05/13.  Released on NTA.  

Arrest Patrick T. Wallace, 33, 934 N. 4th, for Improper Turn, at 1th to 5th Chestnut at 1618 hrs of 02/05/13.  Released on NTA. 

Arrest Rickey Williams, 608 Koch's Lane, for a warrant for FTA-Ordered by the Court, at 100 Broadway at 2130 hrs of 02/07/13.  Released on cash bond. 

Arrest Laura L. Rabe, 27, 157 E. 1400th Ave., Plainville, Il. For Failure to Yield- Left Turn at 36th State at 1209 hrs of 02/07/13.  Released 

Arrest Justin C. Cowen, 1428 Kentucky for Stop Sign Violation at 16th & York on 2/08/13 at 1252 hrs.  Cowen was released on cash bond.
