Wow, you got me thinking hard, which isn't hard to do. I m certain the council will have it figured out (surely), but since it didn't pass, doesn't someone that voted against it have to make a motion to bring it back to a vote and have to vote YES automatically? Or where am I dreaming that up from?

Angela G. Lee, 33, of 909 N. 9th for Domestic Battery at her residence on 02-23-13 @ 0911 hours. Lodged in the ACJ.

Scott A. Odonnell, 41, of 329 So. 9th was arrested for Domestic Battery and Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card at his residence on 2/23/13. He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Caroline C. Stites, 22, of Liberty was arrested for disorderly conduct at 1201 No. 14th on 2/23/13. She was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Damon R. Hill, 44, of 734 No. 4th St. Apt. 2 was arrested for domestic battery at his residence on 2/23/13.  He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail. 

Ashton C. Dunlap, 20, of 2046 Oak was arrested for aggravated battery at the Phoenix, 625 Maine, on 2/24/13. Dunlap was lodged in the Adam's County Jail. 

Seth R. Mullins, 23, of 1208 No. 22nd was arrested for Aggravated Fleeing to Elude Police, as well as warrants for FTA - domestic battery, unlwful meth conspiracy and failure to reduce speed. Mullins was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

A green 1995 Dodge Intrepid registered to Brenda orthway of Carthage was towed by Courtesy from 10th and Broadway after Northway was arrested for DWLS and Operating Uninsured Vehicle.
