And all the occupations i listed have a higher risk of death on the job than police. So maybe the police are overblowing the fears or they all have deep seated psychological problems fixated on their own mortality because everyone of the occupations i listed have more cause than a cop to wonder if they will live through the day. You may not like it but you can't argue the statistics

that should mean three less cops to stand at 18th state checking seat belt violators. Get over it. Being a cop might suck because you deal with all the idiots, but the danger part is a little over the top.
