Also please explain what benefits this brings to quincy as a whole not just to the downtown. Those people renting those apartments aren't going to move quincy il just because there are new apartments available on 3rd & Maine those people already live here shop here and pay sales taxes here so the city gains nothing from them. The retail space MIGHT bring a couple of jobs and incremental sales…

Precisely the point. You are bitching and moaning about them working nine months plus all the othe days off and what do you know (as per your own admission), they get paid accordingly for that differential in time spent.....so what are are complaining about????

Arrest / Lodged Scott A. Woolsey (32) of 507 Grant Drive was arrested at his residence on 2/9/13 for Domestic Battery.  He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Arrest / Traffic April R. Price (27) of Clayton IL was arrested for operating uninsured vehicle at 12th and Adam's on 2/8/13.

Arrest / Traffic Cody D. Klauser (18) of 1318 So. 23rd was arrested for loud muffler at 24th and Harrison on 2/9/13.

Arrest / Traffic Alexander J. Johnston (19) of Camp Point IL was arrested for loud muffler at 24th and Broadway on 2/9/13.

Arrest / Traffic Robert G. Wietholder (39) of Mendon was arrested for speeding and improper lane usage at 16th and Locust on 2/9/13.

Arrest Sandra L. Grawe, 511 1/2 S. 13th for Operation of Uninsured vehicle at 6th & State on 2/10/13 at 1238 hrs.  Grawe was released on NTA.

Arrest Bruce T. Sohn, 231 Sycamore for Driving while License Suspended at 6th & Broadway on 2/10/13 at 1430 hrs.  Sohn was released on NTA. 

Arrest Tyler J. Bowen, Mt. Sterling, IL for Failure to Reduce Speed / Accident at I-172 & Broadway on 2/09/13 at 1444 hrs.  Bowen was released on NTA.

Arrest Kendra R. Maddox, 912 Country Club Hts. #100 for Improper Lane Usage at 36th & Maine on 2/09/13 at 0808 hrs.  Maddox was released on NTA. 

Arrest Brian M. Holzgrafe,5455 S. 24th for Failure to Reduce Speed / Accident at 6th & maine on 2/09/13 at 1332 hrs.  Holzgrafe was released on NTA.

Arrest Chance A. McCormick, 36, 2520 Lexi Lane, for Improper Driving at 6th Spruce at 1450 hrs of 02/09/13.  Released on NTA.

Arrest Teri M. McNeilly, 35, 2110 Aldo, for Expired Registration at 18th Broadway at 1454 hrs of 02/09/13.  Released on NTA. 

Arrest Joseph H. Roach, 36, 3622 Prarie Ridge, for Expired Registration at 18th Broadway at 1004 hrs of 02/09/13. 

Arrest Valerie f. Thompson, 25, 1425 N. 4th, for Speeding, 3rd Lind to Elm at 1408 hrs of 02/09/13.  Released on NTA. 

Arrest Scott A. Baze, 51, 6733 Saint Ludgerus Rd., for No Seat Belt, at 4th Maine at 1119 hrs of 02/09/13.  Released on NTA.
