I agree on that and made no claims otherwise. I didn't mention in a car, you are. If there is a seat belt check and see I have it on, why do they need to see my ID? Probably because it's more than a seatbelt check in reality. Kind of like the dog that "hits" on a car that has no drugs in it can be used to search the car.

Do you expect the voters to make a difference? I don't. Can those actually paying taxes simply move out of Illinois? Where would these hypocrites get their pay checks then? Once the taxpayers are gone, the over taxed businesses would follow, they couldn't get tax breaks, only thing left in IL is the politician, the overworked gov't worker, and the subsidized IL resident!

Arrest / Warrant Benton L. King III (24) of 724 Ashley Ave was arrested at 1007 No. 18th on 2/9/13 for an FTA - As ordered by Court warrant.  He was lodged in the Adam's County Jail.

Arrest / Warrant Troy E. Brewer (47) of 501 1/2 No. 5th was arrested at QPD on 2/8/13 for a FTA Divorce Matter warrant.  He was taken to the Adam's County Sheriff's office where he posted cash bond.

Theft Jeffrey Cramsey of 2130 Harrison 27B reports his black Trek 3700 Mountain Bike stolen from Harrison Pub from 2330 on 02-04 and 0100 on 02-05. 

Arrest Richard A. Nunn, Jr., 33, of 327 Elm #5 for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at his residence on 02-03-13 @ 1010 hours. Released on NTA.  

Arrest Richard A. Nunn, Jr., 33, of 327 Elm Apt. 5 for FTA - Family Matter out of Macon County, IL at his residence on 02-09-13 @ 0809 hours. Lodged in the ACJ. 

Arrest Linda S. Boss, 57, of Fenton, MO for Faulire to Yield - Stop Sign at 3rd & Vermont on 02-08-13 @ 1628 hours. Released on PTC.

Arrest Jonah B. Lester, 27, of 824 1/2 State (Rear) for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at 18th & Broadway on 02-09-13 @ 0721 hours. Released on DL. 

Arrest Jeremy Z. Dallmier, 34, of 1439 Cherry St. for Expired Registration Sticker at 12th & Maine on 02-09-13 @ 0922 hours. Released on DL.  

Arrest Melissa A. Carnehl, 29, of 103 S. 23rd for Speeding at 4th & Sycamore on 02-08-13 @ 0859 hours. Released on NTA.  

Arrest Carey L. Hendriex, 35, of 320 Spruce for Failure to Wear Seatbelt at 4th & Maple on 02-08-13 @ 0844 hours. Released on NTA. 

Criminal Damage to Vehicle Brandon M. Williams of 531 Cherry reported that an unknown suspect(s) had spraypainted the rear driver's side fender and tailgate on his 2001 Dodge Dakota while it was parked in front of his residence sometime between 2230 hours on 02-03-13 and 0100 hours on 02-04-13. 

Criminal Damage to Vehicle Donald A. Bickhaus of 537 Cherry reported that an unknown suspect(s) spraypainted the hood on his 2001 Ford F350 work truck while it was parked in front of his residence sometime between 1500 hours on 02-01-13 and 0650 hours on 02-04-13. 

Criminal Damage to Vehicle Christopher R. Nichols of 1707 Spruce reported that an unknown suspect shattered the rear window on his 2003 Chevy Trailblazer while it was parked in front of his residence sometime between 2300 hours on 02-03-13 and 0630 hours on 02-04-13.

Criminal Defacement of Property Jennifer C. Smith of 1501 N. 8th Apt. 1 reported that an unknown suspect(s) spraypainted the side of her residence and also spraypainted the rear passenger side of her 2003 Chevy pickup truck as well. Smith stated that the damage occurred sometime between 1630 hours on 02-03-13 and 0030 hours on 02-04-13.  

Criminal Defacement of Property  Marianna C. Music of 601 Cherry Street reported that an unknown suspect spraypainted the side of her residence sometime between 1630 hours on 02-03-13 and 0925 hours on 02-04-13. 

Criminal Defacement of Property  Jeffrey D. Gallaher of 1524 N. 7th reported that an unknown suspect spraypainted the side of his residence sometime between 1700 hours on 02-03-13 and 0900 hours on 02-04-13. Gallaher had no suspects.  

Crimnial Damage to Vehicle Ronald P. Rupert of 1415 N. 6th reported that his blue 1992 Ford Crown Victoria was spraypainted sometime between 1930 hours on 02-03-13 and 0930 hours on 02-04-13. Rupert reported that the suspect(s) painted an "X" on his hood with black spraypaint. Rupert stated that his car was parked on the street when the damage occurred.

Dwayne Baum 35 of Camp Point for speeding at 18/Broadway on 2-8.

Tracey Gorder 25 of 824 Washington for  no insurance at 16/Vermont on 2-8.

Sarah McGriff 43 of 5315 Glencrie Dr. for no insurance at 4/Jefferson on 2-7.

Adam Brown 31 of 1302 Horne for no insurance at 22/Broadway on 2-7.
