What would be the harm with going forward and converting pensions to 401k's for any public sector employee who has 10 years or under, and any new hires? Phasing out pensions. This would give the employee more control of their retirement and not unaccountable politicians. This could also be rolled into a way to phase out SS for anyone who chooses.

Traci J. Ionson, 1215 S. 6th for No Valid Drivers License, and Stop Sign Violation at 7th & York on 2/05/13 at 1230 hrs. Ionson was released on NTA. 

Michael J. Hagstrom, 22, 908 Pawn Ave., for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident at 36th Maine at 0443 hrs of 02/04/13.  Released on dl.

Roxy Raylee Kitsmiller, 20, of 823 N 12th #5 for stealing at 3322 Maine on 10-01-12. 

John M. Schafer of 1116 Cherry reports that his garage door was damaged on 1/30/13.
