Arrest / DUI Elizabeth J. White (58) of 2437 Sharon Dr. was arrested for DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed, Improper Lane Usage, and Resisting at 8th and York on 2/5/13.

Arrest / Misd. Judith A. Mathes (58) of Lagrange MO was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on 1/18/13.

Arrest / Traffic Stephanie L. Thompson (27) of 706 Payson Ave was arrested for driving while license suspended and disobeying a stop sign at 8th and Chestnut on 2/13/13. 

Arrest / Traffic Loriann Stokes (41) of 2032 Broadway was arrested for failur to wear seatbelt (passenger) and Sasha T. Gaines (26) of 1029 Jefferson was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle at 20th and Chestnut on 2/10/13.

Arrest / Warrant Keela R. Fisher (27) of Coatsburg was arrested for a Adam's Count warrant for FTA expired registration at Kohl's on 2/13/12.  Cash bond.

Arrest/lodged Katherine M. Mudd 35 homeless and David K. Garkie 43 of 1805 Willer Drive North for forgery at 526 S. 6th, Quincy Recycle Center on 02-13. 

Theft Lewis Cook reports his rear license plate (89DCJC) stolen while his vehicle was parked at Barney's, 1708 Broadway between 1700 and 1800 on 02-08.  No suspects.

Arrest Stephanie N. Hills, 327 Elm for Poss of Drug Paraphernalia at 327 Elm #7 on 2/09/13 at 0809 hrs.  Hils was released on cash bond. 

Arrest Jeffrey E. Baucom, Bowling Green, MO for Failure to Reduce Speed / Accident at US 25 & N. 5th on 2/13/13 at 1544 hrs.  Baucom was released on PTC. 

Arrest Richard A. Nunn, 327 Elm #5 for Poss of Cannabis at 327 Elm on 2/09/13 at 0809 hrs.  Nunn was released NTA. 

Arrest Mitchell K. Provow, 3311 State #1, for Failure to Reduse Speed / Accident at 12th & State on 2/13/13 at 1700 hrs.  Provow was released on NTA. 

Arrest Ashley R. Richmiller, Peoria, Il for Speeding at 3rd & Oak on 2/13/13 at 1150 hrs.  Richmiller was released on D.L.

Criminal Damage Gregory Smith 45,2314 No 12th apt 134,reported between 0145 to 0645 on 2-9 unk person kicked the door in to his apt no suspects

Criminal damage Matthew A. Myers, 715 S. 10th reports his 1999 Ford ranger pickup had the left outside mirror broken while the truck was parked in front of his residence between 1800 on 2/08/13 and 1100 hrs on 2/09/13.

Criminal Damage Thomas R. Vahle, 2021 Ohio reports between 2230 on 2/08/13 and 1050 on 2/09/13 his 1993 Mitsubishi had red paint sprayed on the left side of the vehicle.  Damage occurred while the car was parked in front of 2012 Ohio.

Hit & Run John Goins 47,2937 W Page St Springfield Mo.reported he was struck by a vehicle on 2-8,0703 hrs in front of 600 Maine he was unable to give any description of the vehicle he was next to his truck making a delivery at Dollar General

Hit & Run Scott Hoskins 48,2929 Vermont, reported drivers side finder of his vehicle was struck between 2-4,1200 to 2-5,1630 while vehicle was parked in front of his residence  no suspects

Hit & Run Dana Bartelt 20,2416 Ken Mar Ter,reported on 1-29 between 1600 to 2230 the left front fender of her vehicle was struck while parked at 3800 Broadway  no suspects

Hit & Run Janet Harris 59,1419 Madison reported she was rear-ended at 24 Broadway on 2-5,1030 the suspect vehicle black Hyundai fled the area

Theft Ashley K. Grave, 1118 N 22nd reports on 2/06/13 between 2330 & 2345 hrs her iPhone was stolen while she was at the  Cedar Club, 2001 Cedar.  Grave stated the phone was valued at $50.
