Theft Bernard Laurich 41 2824 Elm reports on 11/24/12 between 0800 hours and 1800 hours an unknown person stole a engine lift from his residence.

Arrest Jason A Quincy, 33, 921 Kentucky for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and uninsured vehicle at 18th and Maine on 1-8-12 at 1406 hrs.  NTA.

Arrest James R Couch, 48, Wayland, MO for failure to wear seatbelt at 27th and Broadway on 12-8-12 at 1005 hrs.  PTC. 

Arrest April L Rupert, 37, Emden, MO for retail theft at Kmart 3701 Broadway on 12-4-12 at 1226 hrs.  Cash.

Arrest Joni J Bird, 25, 2910 N 23rd for speeding at 18th and Seminary Rd on 12-7-12 at 1351 hrs.  NTA.

Arrest/lodged Jason A Quincy, 33, 921 Kentucky for a Morgan County warrant for court supervision violation.  He was located at 18th and Maine on 12-8-12 at 1455 hrs.  Lodged.

Hit and Run Matthew J Badamo, 21, 2046 Elm reported his 2000 Mitsubishi was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was at 2043 Elm between 12-2-12 1730 hrs and 12-3-12 1100 hrs. 

Stolen Vehicle David Scranton, 1218 State reported his maroon 1968 Chevrolet truck stolen from 1218 State between 12-3-12 and 12-8-12.
