Problem with all of these studies is a lack of strong scientific support in the conclusions. You can't control "for other variables" with any real chance of veracity. We will...on the other hand...have a small experiment here which should give a good indication of the truth of these ideas. Kids in the new schools should perform notably better (11%???) then the ones still stuck in the old ones.…

This means nothing unless it's the E6 number. If it's the E3 number it's a lie. The real unemployment number , E 6, nation wide is close to 12%.

Residential Burglary Larry J McCleery 50 505 1/2 Locust reports sometime between 11/23/12 1000H and 11/27/12 at 1700H unknown person stole his Craftsman toolbox that was chained to his bicycle in the common area of the apartment. McCleery had no suspects.

Arrest Lucas W Homan, 30, 2455 Vermont for driving while license revoked at 25th and Maine on 11-28-12 at 1043 hrs.  Cash. 

Arrest/lodged Justin L Anders, 27, 824 N 8th for FTA littering.  He was located at 20th and Maine on 12-4-12 at 0748 hrs.  Lodged. 

Arrest/lodged Arthur E Bennett, 19, 730 Ohio apt D for FTA interfering, peace disturbance and vandalism.  He was located at 730 Ohio on 12-4-12 at 0845 hrs.  Lodged. 

Residential burglary Adams G Zanger, 30, 800 N 12th reported between 11-28-12 2300 hrs and 11-29-12 0800 hrs his residence was entered and several items were taken.

Theft Daniel P. Nokes, 62, 827 South 11th, reported several miniature yard ornaments were stolen from his yard between 11-20-12 and 11-24-12. No suspects
