Arrest Traffic    Brenda G Rolsing 51 2132 E Wilmar for Improper Lane Usage and Operating Uninsured Vehicle at 48/Maine NTA 

Arrest/Lodged   Charles W. Hanschke, 41, 719 Ohio, for a warrant for FTA-Allowing a Placarded Structure, at 8th Jersey at 0902 hrs of 12/17/12.  Lodged in the Adams Co. Jail. 

Theft Over      Tammy K Kruser 44 1326 S 19th reported the theft of two wedding ring sets between 11/11/12 and 12/11/12. They were valued at $4000. Kruser had no suspects.

Arrest      Carol A Schaffer, 66, 702 Eagle Trace for improper driving 5th to 6th on Maine on 12-18-12 at 1158 hrs.  NTA. 

Arrest          Bryant L. Beeler, 17, 106 C. Maple, Ursa, IL., for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Tobacco by a Minor and Shoplifting at K-Mart, 3701 Broadway, at 1450 hrs of 12/17/12.  Released on cash bond. 

Arrest          Michelle C. stone, 41, 3417 College Ave., for Improper Driving at 24th Locust at 2155 hrs of 12/17/12.  Released on NTA. 

Criminal Trespass to Residence        Natalie S. Lord, 1015 N. 9th, reported her residence was entered between 1730 hrs of 11/28/12 and 0645 hrs of 11/29/12.  Nothing appears to have been taken. 

Residential Burglary     James S. Wilson, 207 Locust, reported someone entered his residence between 1730/2359 hrs  of 12-08-12 and stole a Pantec cell phone, a Dynex 46 inch plasma TV, a ring and a change bank containing $300 in coins.
